We use an innovative 5-stage dip tank process for the pre-treatment of metal parts. Our 5-stage of pre-treatment process ensures high-level cleaning, protecting, sealing, and finishing of metal parts.
 
Our effective pre-treatment process starts by cleaning metal parts using an alkaline cleaner. This ensures that all parts are free of oils, debris and other impurities. After parts are rinsed, we utilize a zirconium conversion coating that produces a microscopic structure for optimal paint bonding and long-term corrosion resistance. To further increase paint performance, Deluxe utilizes a patented, dry in place, final sealer that is a blend of polymers and adhesion promoters.
